Moringa Vegetable Soup
A hearty, immunity-boosting soup packed with the goodness of fresh vegetables and moringa leaves/powder.
Ingredients
• 1 tbsp moringa powder (or a handful of fresh moringa leaves)
• 1 carrot (chopped)
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 3 cups water/vegetable stock
Method
1. Sauté garlic and onion.
2. Add vegetables and cook 3–4 min.
3. Add stock; simmer 5–7 min.
4. Stir in moringa, salt, pepper; serve warm.
